We learned a lot about marine life at the Living Arts Marine Center and had fun too! We made Gyotaku prints of seahorses, shells, crabs, and fish. We learned about unusual and amazing fish that live right here in our Hawaiian waters! The best part of the field trip was getting to see up close and touch sea creatures in the "petting" tanks. We were especially excited to hold a Zebra and Halloween hermit crab in our hands! We learned a bunch of interesting facts about hermit crabs to include in our research paper at school. Thank you to Mrs. Maruo, Mrs. Tsuchiya, and Mr. Ueki for chaperoning. We all had a wonderful day!
